This is probably one of the hardest questions to answer. It all depends on what you put in it. If I asked you how much a bag of groceries cost, you would say, what is in the bag. Same principle. If you have chips and bread in the bag, it wont cost very much. If you have ribeye steaks and lobster, it is going to cost a lot. We work hard to sit down with you as you cast your vision with us and we help guide you to get what you want, with quality products and within a realistic budget.
No, all wood is not the same. .We use the right product to meet the needs of the job. We do not have a minimum standard, that we will accept, we have a quality standard. that has to be lived up to. We mostly use Douglas Fir as it has many advantages to using this product.
Yes. if you like the look and layout of your kitchen, then absolutely they can be freshened up with a couple coats of paint. Change the flooring and paint the walls. Change a light fixture or two and Voila, Updated Kitchen. The picture above is what we call a freshened up kitchen.
This is the another hard question to answer. We set a schedule with the home owner and talk through any conflicts in schedule. On bigger projects, there are multiple sub contractors to organize and getting the job done on time and on budget is a high priority for all of us. We use a software the allows us to stay in instant contact between Us, the home owner and the sub contractors and vise versa. Everyone can talk to everyone, it is very nice.
If you have questions of any kind, please give me a shout, I would be happy to answer them. if I don't know the answer, my promise to you is that I will work hard and to the best of my ability to find the answer.
